Return Policy for USA Footwear

We understand that circumstances may arise, and you may need to return a product. Please review our return policy below:

1.Return Period: Please initiate the return process within 7 days after receiving the products.

2. Unacceptable Disputes: USA Footwear will not accept unreasonable disputes, including but not limited to:

a. The buyer does not like it.

b. The product description is not real.

c. Products smell unusual.

d. The buyer ordered the wrong items or SKU.

e. The shipping address was provided incorrectly.

f. Product differences were negotiated in advance.

g. Tracking information deleted by logistics companies or local post offices.

h. In some cases, packages returned/discarded/detained due to the consignee’s failure to comply with the work of customs clearance in line with the foreign trade policies of certain countries.

3.Initiate Return:

To initiate a return within the 7 day period, please contact our customer support team at support@usafootwear.com. Provide your order details, and they will guide you through the return process.

4. Eligibility for Return:

Products must be in the same condition as received, unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached.

5. Return Shipping:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Refund Process:

Once we receive the returned products and confirm their eligibility, we will process the refund within a reasonable timeframe.
